Cancellation Policy

Services: We agree to provide the services you requested, with a certified trauma consultant and life coach. Payment: A retainer fee of amount invoiced is due upon booking. Additional fees will be invoiced as services are rendered (rates available upon request at hello@ckmconsultancyja.com). Term & Appointments: This agreement starts on booked date and lasts until end of service duration, unless terminated by either party with one week's written notice. You may be assigned homework to modify behavior or thought patterns. Therapy success depends on your honesty and commitment, even if challenging. Termination: Either party can terminate with written notice. You are responsible for services rendered until termination. Confidentiality: We maintain confidentiality of all information you share, except as required by law. Your information is securely stored outside of office records. We may disclose information if: There is a legal threat to yourself or others. We suspect child abuse. We reserve the right to report such cases without your consent and you release us from any legal liability for these disclosures. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Jamaican Law. Entire Agreement & Appointments: This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral. Please arrive promptly for appointments; missed appointments or those not cancelled within the designated timeframe will incur a full session charge. Amendments: Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Signature: By booking your service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
